What products does Le Top make?

Le Top specializes in unique and whimsical playwear for girls and boys. Our playwear collection for kids consists of dresses, pants, leggings, sweaters, jackets, shorts, shirts, swimwear, one-pieces, rompers, jumpers, hats, purses, and matching accessories. Le Top Baby is our line for babies, including newborns and preemies. We offer layette items including footed and non-footed coveralls, gowns, rompers, dresses, sweaters, shirts, pants, convertibags, snugglebags, and accessories such as receiving blankets, bibs, caps, and booties. We also offer seasonal Halloween costumes and limited edition plush toys to match our clothing collections. Le Top's original and creative designs and fabrics can be found at our online boutique, as well as in specialty department stores and upscale boutiques.

What sizes does Le Top carry?

Le Top Baby is available in preemie, newborn, 3-month, 6-month, and 9-month sizes. Le Top is available in 3-month through 6x. Some boys’ styles are available up to 7.

Do your clothes run big or small?

Le Top clothing tends to run about the same size or just slightly larger than most childrenswear. Since kids grow so fast, we believe that it’s better to err on the side of “generous” with clothes for little ones. Please use our size chart to ensure the most appropriate size.

Does Le Top produce a catalog featuring all of your styles?

Because we are constantly designing and offering new items, we do not produce a printed catalog that features every single style we make. Le Top designs and manufactures many collections, and we regularly debut new childrenswear selections. We invite you to browse our online boutique, where you can choose and purchase Le Top items directly from our website.

Can I order directly from Le Top or www.letop-usa.com?

Yes! You can now buy a wide range of Le Top children’s clothing directly through our online boutique. To browse for childrenswear, choose from the options at the top of each page: (girl, boy, brother/sister, baby, or gifts). If you don’t see what you are looking for on our website, please check back soon. We will be adding new items to our online boutique regularly. To get “in the loop” about new Le Top items for sale online, please sign up for our emails.

The Le Top retailer I usually shop at does not carry a specific style/size Le Top outfit. How can I find it?

First, check our online boutique. We sell a wide range of Le Top clothing here, and we are constantly adding new options and outfits. If you still don’t see the style or size you are looking for, you may be able to find the item in person at of one our premier store retailers across the U.S. Use our Store Finder to locate alternative retailers near you. If If still unsure? Contact us and we will do our very best to help you find exactly what you’re looking for.

Do you sell the same items online as I can buy in local retail stores?

The Le Top online boutique rotates items from each season’s collection in order to offer a generous selection of children’s clothing on our website. We are constantly introducing new items, so we encourage you to check back frequently. While our online boutique is the most comprehensive source for Le Top kid’s clothing, you may find items at our premier store retailers that we do not currently offer on our website.

Can you gift wrap my order?

Absolutely! During the checkout process, you will be asked if you want your purchase giftwrapped. We are happy to giftwrap your items for you. Le Top signature giftwrap includes a personalized handwritten gift note for only $5, or we can send you a kit—including a gift box, tissue paper, ribbon, sealing sticker, and a blank gift card—so that you can personally gift wrap your purchase yourself. We always include a miniature Le Top "thank you" note with every gift purchase.

Can I return a gift?

Le Top is happy to process a return or exchange on an item purchased as a gift through our online boutique, as long as the item is still in its original packaging and has not been worn or washed. Le Top items purchased from our online boutique must be returned with their original tags and packaging. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page for our return policy and specific information on how to make a return.

Can I return an item I purchased through a retail store?

If you purchased an item from one of our premier store retailers, you must contact the retailer directly to inquire about their return policy. Le Top cannot accept returns for items purchased through a retailer.

What methods of payment will you accept?

We accept Visa and MasterCard, including debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo.

Will you charge sales tax on my order?

Le Top is required by law to charge sales or use tax in any state in which it has a physical presence. Because Le Top is a fully owned subsidiary of C.K. Enterprises and has a presence in California, we charge a standard California sales tax on our online orders, which includes gift wrap and shipping. For information and current California state tax rates, see the State Board of Equalization’s website. We are also obligated to collect sales tax on our shipments delivered within Washington State, which includes gift wrap and shipping. The actual tax rate applied to your purchase is based on the destination of the order.

Where required, tax will also be applied to the shipping and handling charges. If you return an item for a refund, you will also receive a refund for the taxes you paid for that item. You will not receive a refund for the taxes you paid on the shipping and handling of that item, as the shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable once an item has been shipped. Can I feel safe using my credit card to place an order through your website?

Le Top takes every precaution and abides by all state and federal laws to ensure that credit card transactions through our online boutique are absolutely safe and secure. When you enter your credit card information through our online boutique, it is immediately encrypted (using industry standard SSL—secure socket layer—encryption). SSL encryption ensures that your credit card and personal information are transmitted to us in a way that no third party can decipher. We never store your credit card information on our servers, and we use the industry’s premier payment gateway, Authorize.net, to process all payments. Le Top is committed to protecting your valuable information while giving you peace of mind while shopping on our site.

How do you ship?

We offer the following shipping options: Ground, 3-day, 2-day, overnight (with an optional surcharge for Saturday delivery), or USPS Express (for APO and FPO shipping addresses only). Please see our shipping page for more information about shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Le Top only ships to addresses within the U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO & FPO boxes. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

How long should I expect my order to take?

We process all orders within 24 business hours. This means that we will package and ship your purchase within one business day from the time you place your order. The type of delivery you choose will then determine how long the order takes to reach you. Please see our shipping page for more information about shipping.

How can I track my order?

To track your package, sign in to your account. In “My Account” you will see your "Order History & Tracking" by date and order number. Click on the corresponding order number. This lets you browse your order history and track the status of any of your orders. Tracking is real-time and will show information provided by the carrier. Can I see your CPSIA reports?

CPSIA stands for Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act. All of Le Top’s items are compliant with all applicable rules, bans, regulations, and standards under the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) and any other Act enforced by the Consumer Product Safety Commission. Is my child eligible to become a Le Top model?

Each season Le Top will do a local casting call. We only select a few children each year from the San Francisco Bay Area in California. If you would like to receive information about our next casting call, please sign up to be “in the loop” and you will be added to our email list where you will receive occasional email messages from Le Top, including information about our upcoming auditions, dates and locations. We only hold casting calls 2 times per year, so make sure to sign up to be “in the loop” for any upcoming dates!

How do I use and redeem my promotion code?

Every so often we offer special promotional codes that may be redeemed online. The primary way to stay “in the loop” about Le Top’s exclusive offers is to sign up for our mailing list by clicking here.

Step 1: Make your selections in your shopping basket on the Le Top site and go to checkout.

Step 2: On the “Payment” page during the checkout process, enter the promotion code in the “Promotion Code” text code box. Codes are not case sensitive.

Step 3: Click the “Continue Checkout” button.

Step 4: Your promotion code will automatically be applied to your order and will be reflected in your order total.
