RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you receive from the Le Top online boutique, we will be happy to issue a return or exchange, within 30 days of purchase, provided that the item is still in its original packaging and has not been worn or washed. Le Top items purchased from our online boutique must be returned with their original tags and packaging. For your convenience, a returns & exchanges form is included with every shipment. If you have lost or misplaced the form, email us at service@letop-usa.com and we’ll send you a new form.

When filling out the returns & exchanges form, please include:

  • the name of the person who was billed for the item
  • the order number
  • the item number and description
  • the reason for the return

If you would like to exchange the item for another Le Top item, fill in the appropriate section to describe the new item you would like to have shipped to you. Make sure to provide an updated or alternate address, if necessary. If the new item is of greater value, include payment information for the difference. (Le Top accepts payment by Visa or Mastercard only.) Be sure to include this form inside the package you ship back to us.

For your protection, we recommend that you return all items via a traceable carrier and method such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Le Top is not responsible for packages lost or not received if a tracking number is not provided. You are responsible for prepaying your return shipment; Le Top will not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Once your return shipment is received at Le Top, allow 24 hours for us to ship you a replacement item or 2-3 weeks to credit the correct amount to your credit card. (Payments will be refunded less shipping costs.) If you are exchanging an item, it will be shipped to you via standard ground delivery. We will process the shipment within 24 hours. If you need your item shipped quicker, give us a call and we’ll work with you to make sure you receive your item when you need it.

Returning Gifts

Le Top will happily issue a return or exchange on a gift item ordered from our online boutique, as long as the item is returned within 30 days of purchase and has not been worn or washed. Le Top items purchased from our online boutique must be returned with their original tags and packaging. Follow the instructions above to make a return or exchange.

Canceling Orders

In the event that you place an order through the Le Top online boutique and immediately realize that you need to cancel it, please call us immediately at 888.227.8808. Provided that you reach us during our hours of operation (Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm PST), we will do our very best to cancel your order before it is fulfilled and your credit card is charged. If your order is placed after hours, or if you do not reach us in time to cancel the order, it will be fulfilled and your credit card will be charged. At this point, you can choose to return or exchange the item once it arrives.

Returns on Items from Retail Stores

If you purchased an item from one of our premier store retailers, you must contact the retailer directly about their return policy. Le Top cannot accept returns for items purchased through a retailer.
