PLACING ORDERS AND TRACKING

We now offer a wide range of Le Top outfits for purchase on our website. Ordering through Le Top’s online boutique is easy. Find products by browsing through the selections at the top of any page (girl, boy, brother/sister, baby, gifts), select the item you like, choose the size and quantity, and click Add to Basket. When you are finished shopping, click on the Checkout button at the top right of any page. At any time, you can see what’s in your cart (and make changes to it) by clicking on the Shopping Basket button. In order to ensure that your transaction is secure and that your payment information is protected, Le Top cannot accept order requests by email, fax, or postal mail. However, if you would like additional assistance placing an order through our online boutique, please call us at 800.333.2257. One of our Customer Care representatives would be happy to hold your hand through the process of ordering via our website, or simply take your order over the phone. We’re here every Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm PST.

If you can’t find what you are looking for on our online boutique—or if you are more comfortable shopping at a store—we encourage you to visit one of Le Top’s many premier store retailers across the U.S. Our store finder will help you find the nearest store to your home.

Order Tracking

You'll receive two emails after you have placed your order and provided us with a valid email address:

  • The first will confirm that your order was received (your order confirmation number will link to the Order Tracking & History page); this email will arrive within about 24 hours.
  • The second will confirm that your order was shipped from our warehouse. You can also check the current status of your order by clicking on the Order Tracking & History link provided in the email.

You can check the status of your Le Top order(s) at any time by clicking on the Order Tracking & History Detail page in My Account. If you have an order outstanding, you will see its details. If you have more than one order outstanding, you will go to the Order Tracking & History page, where you'll see orders from the past. From there, you can click on a specific order to see its details.

On the Order Tracking & History Detail page, you'll see the following items: order number, order date, ship date, tracking number, shipping address, shipping method, payment details, gift wrap details, and any return or exchange information. If you click “shipment status", you'll also see the current status and details from the shipping carrier's tracking service for your package.

Occasionally, we may send an order in multiple packages in order to expedite your shipment. In such cases, we'll provide one master tracking number that includes all information for all packages.

Change in Order Status

Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we don't have an item that you have ordered in stock, we'll notify you by email immediately. Sometimes, an item is out of stock permanently, in which case we must cancel the item. In this case, if you paid with a credit card, we will not charge you for the item or any taxes, shipping, or handling charges.

Wholesale Information

For our premier store retailers, we offer online wholesale browsing. Current retailers can log in to our website and preview this season’s entire collection by creating a user name and password. If you are a premier store retailer and would like to create a user name, visit our wholesale inquiries page.

If you are interested in becoming a Le Top premier store retailer, please visit our wholesale inquiries page and click the designated link that will direct you to the application form where you can fill out your name, company, and email address. Upon submitting your information, a Le Top Corporate Sales Representative will contact you as soon as possible. Prices

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars.

Accepted forms of payment

Le Top requires payment with a credit card. We currently accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards and debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logos. Credit cards must be issued in the U.S. We cannot accept checks, cash, or money orders as payment for online or phone transactions.

Credit Card Authorization

When you place an order, Le Top will authorize your credit card in order to ensure that the funds are available. Sometimes this authorization will show up as a charge on your account and the order amount will be placed “on hold” temporarily. Rest assured that Le Top will not charge your credit card until we actually ship your order. If you cancel an order immediately after placing it (by calling us right away during our business hours), the hold on the funds will be released and the charge will disappear. It may take up to a week for the hold to be released, due to bank policy. (See our returns & exchanges page for information about order cancellations, returns, and exchanges.)

Gift Services

If your Le Top online purchase is a gift, we offer two giftwrapping options:

1) We can giftwrap your purchase for you with our signature Le Top gift wrap and bespoke handwritten gift card. Gift wrap and card are an additional $5 charge.
2) We can ship our custom Le Top giftwrap to you so that you can wrap your gift personally, for an additional $4 charge.

Missing/ Damaged Merchandise

We make every effort to ship items in perfect condition and just as you ordered them. However, in the event that you receive an order with missing or damaged merchandise, please contact us so that we can assist you right away.
